Thank you for taking the time to visit The Epicurean Connection website. I personally welcome the Spring 2008 edition of The Epicurean Connection website. Each Spring the season brings us a bounty of spring citrus, greens, amazing vegetables at the Farmers Market, Spring greens, citrus, cherries, strawberries, fresh Spring sheep milk cheeses, fresh Sonoma County lamb and longer day's to enjoy time for lively conversation with family and late night meals with fine friends!
As a chef, I look forward to the seasons changing, adapting the menus and presenting the freshest, locally produced products. Please take some time to visit the new menus, culinary pairings and much more.

Guest Keynote Speakers include Rob Kaufelt, Murray’s Cheese Shop, New York, Sid Cook, Carr Valley Cheese, Wisconsin, Petra Cooper, 5th Town Artisan Cheese Company, Ontario. Speaker Coordinator Gordon Edgar, Rainbow Grocery Cooperative. Conference Receptions Host, Rainbow Grocery, Cheese Plus and Bi Rite Market. Advisory Committee includes Ig Vella, Gordon Edgar, Sid Cook, Judy Creighton, Dee Harley, Harley Farm; Ray Bair, Cheese Plus; Sam Mogannam, Bi Rite, Mark Todd, The Cheese Dude. A very special Sonoma Dairy and Vineyard Tour, hosted by Levoroni Dairy & Vineyards The Conference will be held at Sonoma Valley Inn & Conference Center.
In 2008, I will travel to New Orleans 8-12 times per year to host a series of culinary classes, New Orleans Culinary Tours, guest chef dinners and participate in special events all in New Orleans, me home away from home. Most importantly in traveling to New Orleans, I am proud to be part of the rebuilding of one of our finest city's in our country. The city of New Orleans is filled with amazing cuisine, culture, music, characters and much more than I can put into words. I encourage each of you to visit New Orleans, participate in the rebuilding and support the citizens of New Orleans. I have met some of the most amazing people in my travels, we laugh, we cry, we have long conversations and I have never felt so welcome before.

Look for Delice de la Vallee to be launched June 1, 2008! The original blend of cow and goat milk cheeses, created by Sheana Davis will be available at the Sonoma Valley Farmers Market and bay area cheese shops. Stay tuned! Thank you to the many people who stepped up to preview the labels, taste the endless batches of new cheeses and thanks to the catering clients who have enjoyed Delice de la Vallee for years and now can find in retail packs in Sonoma Valley and San Francisco!
